Company Overview:
Maultsby Model and Talent Agency was established in l988 in Wilmington, North Carolina. They have grown to represent talent from coast to coast. Their expertise includes booking talent for Print, Runway, Promotions, Special Events, Film, Television, Commercials and Video. Maultsby represents every age from children to seniors.

Challenge:
Maultsby had an html website maintained by one of the employees. It was very simple. However, they were aware of the excellent websites of modeling agency in New York and elsewhere. They wanted a website with a much more professional look, one that would allow them to compete not just in North Carolina, but all across the country. They also wanted to offer images and videos of models and provide a search capability so that potential employers for models could find what they were looking for quickly and easily.

Solution:
nHarmony combined their talents of design, custom programming, and usability to develop a new website for Maultsby. Along with a new image of the company, we developed a customized version of our content manager to serve three different audiences: New models, Maultsby staff, and professionals looking to hire models.  New models can register online for competitions, pay registration fees and submit photos and other information.  For the Maultsby staff, it is now very easy to add a new model, upload photos, videos, resume, etc. The software handles layout, thumbnails, and other issues giving the website a very professional look that can be kept up to date quickly and easily by personnel at Maultsby. For those looking to hire models, we developed a simple, straightforward navigation. Visitors can select an age group and gender, quickly scroll through tiny thumbnails and select models to get larger images, videos, and resumes.

Results:
The owners of Maultsby love the new website. They have had a positive response from talent about our website as well as from staff and top studios around the country. A representative from one studio commented, "It is very user-friendly, straightforward, and just simply fabulous."  Maultsby Talent Agency is growing and is busier than ever.  According to the owner, "Having a state-of-the-art office and website are most important at this time.  We are very pleased with our website and would not change a thing!"
