Need a showroom with a shopping cart? Whether you are looking to sell online for the first time or you are not happy with your current e-business website, nHarmony can provide a showroom and/or shopping cart to serve your needs. We have created our own software. It has outstanding Internet marketing capabilities and has gone through our basic usability testing.

Some of our clients want to be able to sell tickets online at a very low cost per interaction. They need a very simple, but secure shopping cart, but they do not need a showroom. Other clients need complex showrooms and shopping carts, allowing shoppers to store and use multiple credit cards, make partial payments, and store and use multiple shipping addresses. Our ecommerce system has four major components that can be used independently or cooperatively:

Our showroom software can be set up a myriad of ways to give you the look and organization you want. We can offer a showroom that optimizes the general descriptors that define your showroom and the specific categories and items in your store. Depending on the size of your showroom and other circumstances, we have several options for keeping your showroom up to date:

  • You upload a spreadsheet of all products
  • You edit your showroom on line
  • Contract with us to do your showroom updates.

Our shopping cart software has a wide range of customizable features, such as how shipping charges are computed. If you already have the ability to process credit cards in-house, but not online, we can set up a simple secure shopping cart with a notification system that will allow you to process orders in-house. If you do not currently have in-house credit card processing, we can offer a shopping cart that links to a recommended online credit card processing service. We can write custom software to link to credit card processors we have not worked with before, but depending on the company, this can be a relatively expensive option.

Our fulfillment software provides tools that support the shipping and notifications to purchasers: fulfillment notification, fulfillment company tracking, and shipping label printouts. Emails can be automatically generated to inform your customers the order was received, has been back-ordered, or has been shipped. You can edit these messages. If you need a special feature, our fulfillment software is highly customizable.  And in some cases, we can recommend a company that can do fulfillment for you.

Our report software includes simple reports, but we can add specialized custom reports so you can track sales, back orders, and shipping fulfillment the way you want.

In addition to offering a wide array of showroom and shopping cart services, we can also connect our systems to your accounting systems and other record keeping systems.
